LaSalle, bar team simultaneously unveils new cocktails that pay homage to 20th century American novelist Ernest Hemingway (himself an Oak Park native) and his time spent in Cuba where he tended his jetsetting soul at the Latin Caribbean island’s famed Hotel Sloppy Joe’s and La Floridita bar.
